  • Implement and maintain the IT portfolio master-plan dashboard including all current and future projects, major pipelines, and prioritizations based on capacity utilization metrics.
  • Implement controls and guidelines to ensure its projects operate in an effective, efficient, and compliant way.
  • Provide guidance to project team members to ensure the application of Informatics standards, tools and techniques to facilitate effective and consistent delivery standards. This would include use of correct template and formatting, proactive identification of upcoming governance requirements and deadlines.
